My Story

. I didn’t “grow up” in the real estate business. In fact, after getting both an undergraduate degree and an MBA, I spent almost 30 years “growing up” managing people and processes in a variety of businesses from manufacturing to consulting. I started my career as a Marketing Manager, and progressed into General Management. for 9 years, I managed one of the country’s largest Occupational Health and Safety consulting firms with a client base comprised of mostly Fortune 500 manufacturing and transportation firms. These included; DuPont, International Paper, Amtrak, BNSF Railroad and Unocal to name a few. I always had the entrepreneurial itch. I was presented with an opportunity to turn around a troubled Commercial Furniture and Interior Design firm. After three years, I bought it, and ran it for ten more. After getting out of the commercial furniture business. I was convinced by another Realtor who handled a personal transaction for me, to consider the profession. His reasoning was; the profession needed people who understood business. After all, the sale or purchase of real estate is usually a family’s largest business transaction.

professional experience in financial analysis, product management,

promotion , and negotiation. I’m a competent professional with a

proven track record of working hard for his clients’ benefit

I’ve been married to the same person, Suzie, for over30 years. We also have two kids, both boys, who have managed to stay in school, out of trouble and are both productive, contributing citizens that would make any parent proud. Both are already out of college, St Joseph’s University, and Temple and are the workforce, paying off Student Loans. We’re very proud parents! We have owned homes in Ardmore since we were married. First in Haverford Township, now in Lower Merion. A lot of our time in the Summer is split between Ardmore and North Widwood at the Jersey Shore, where my family has had homes for over 50 years. Why This Matters…As a former home buyer and seller, raising a family, I understand the pressures that the sales process imposes on individuals, spouses and family members. I have the perspective of a first time buyer, a seller, a landlord, renovator, “trade up” buyer and an Executor. With my kids grown, I now have the time and flexibility to devote to my clients’ needs and accommodate their schedules.
